Gypsy Riding Tailbag - Motorcycle Touring

This riding bag is a hybrid saddlebag for bikes which have a carrier at the rear or can be mountes on the rear seat for solo riders. Once fixed, it doesn't move an inch. Amazing stability and absolutely neat and easy to fasten to the bike. I used it for a ride,my wife and I liked the result. We would recommend to people who want a sturdy and easy to mount saddlebag. It does get in the way of the indicators, but that was dine as I had a Pillion indicating. Bottom line is, it is a well designed bag and very effective for long rides.

After completing a 4900km solo ride to spiti valley from kolkata.. here's my first review of the Dirtsack Gypsy : indeed a very tough nd well designed bag that was my only main luggage that was strapped onto the bike for a good 18days. But to be honest, it would have been better if this bag was just about 2inches more longer, would hve perfectly sat on my bike rather than having its extremities stretched! again thts because the pulsar has a slight fairing/cowl under its pillion seat (not all of us ride enfields n ktms). The interiors are spacious enough to easily hold clothes for a fortnight. u just need to place them evenly and balance the weight proportionately. the anchor straps did a very good job and held the bag absolutely in position even when i had no roads to ride!! unfortunately the seams hve already started loosening up and the stitches are showing.. towards the end of my journey, i did have an accident where i skidded nd fell and a truck frm behind climbed over the bike nd that resulted in the anchor strap to give away. Fortunately with a D-ring just next to the anchor strap, i was able to still keep the bag mounted and secured on the bike. Overall a very good bag (though i will hve to get d broken strap fasteners fixed). And no matter, how far you travel, its really advisable to keep the bag covered at all times to avoid dust collecting.. Happy Riding..

I am based in the beautiful country in Middle-East called Oman. While surfing through international sites to find the right set of bahs for my NC700x, I came across Dirttsack review in Overdrive magazine. Price seemed like a fraction of other available choices I had in hand. Placed the order and the courier arrived in no time. With limited expectationns, I opened the pack. And voila!.....I was in for a surprise. The build quality and material appeared pleasing, space appeared to be flexible and useful, and with pockets in abundance and two bottle holders, it appeared to tick all the boxes. By the time I set it on my bike it was a foregone conclusion that I had hit the right choice. Bag has been provided with the right mounting straps which makes it extremely easy and flexible to be mounted in almost all the bikes. It matches the best saddle bags available around the world but at a fraction of the cost.
